This casino has lost complete sight of being an experience destination and is now only focused on maximizing profits. Also the Diamond club players are no longer treated as status players as benefits have gone way down it just is not worth it to be a Diamond Club Player anymore. It went from hand cut prime rib to frozen appetizers from Sams Club. Also the high stakes complimentary food & bar have been a joke, food quality has gone way down hill. It really is a joke Don't go! I have been regular at this place for over 25 years and have never had a winning year, but in the past I at least felt like I had some control over this because I was able to have some wins.Not anymore. If you are lucky enough to hit a jackpot in high stakes it will most likely be minimum pay. It is not unusual to spin a slot 50 times with minimal if any payouts and i am talking $50.00 per spin it's unbelievable how much they hold!!!.
This casino has gone completely down hill within the last year. I have been a long time Soaring Eagle fan and High stakes Diamond Club Player.
